Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• - CompTIA A+ certification required.

  - Strong familiarity with Basic Troubleshooting.
  

  - Basic Troubleshooting experience.
  

  - Expertise in Basic Network Troubleshooting.
  

  - Basic Network Troubleshooting experience preferred.
  

  - Proven knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting.
  

  - CAT6 experience.
  

  - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
  

  - Be detailed, flexible, and organized.
  

  - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures.
  

• - Collaborate to test functionality and provide end user support.

  - Comply with company quality standards to ensure sound electronic data records.

  - Track equipment inventory, and suggest and assist with purchases.
  

  - Take down, pack, transport and set up/install on site.
  

  - Diagnose, restore, rebuild, and refurbish computer hardware, such as PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, and additional IT equipment.
  

  - Provide documentation of daily data communication transactions, issues and repairs made or installation activities.
  

  - Manage and execute technology implementation projects.
  

  - Communicate with suitable vendors to coordinate needed repairs.
  

  - Oversee data transfers from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware and break/fix.
  

  - Install, troubleshoot and repair printers.
  

  - Take down, box and ship equipment that is outdated.
