This Program Manager is someone that is able to facilitate Advisory meetings while ensuring that the project agenda is and executed properly. This candidate has had previous experience creating and developing specific plan of action and appropriate timelines that provides the team a guideline for driving the new frameworks to success.
The Program Manager will be scheduling and utilizing content experts to assist the Advisory teams as needed. In addition, they will be responsible for partnering with the lead of this internal department in order to develop a communication plan to bring to the organization together.
Bachelor's Degree required.
4-6 years of previous Program/Project Management experience within an enterprise level environment.
PMP Certification is a plus, however it is not required.
Creating detailed Action Plans and Timelines while meeting cadence.
Experience building pillar teams and in taking process idea requests.
Past history leading at least 2 large scale HR/Workforce focused projects.
Enterprise environment experience to work with cross functional teams.
Leading a project that is process focused (Diversity & Inclusion, Team Culture, Employee Engagement, International Teams).
PMP Certification is a plus, but not required.
