Job Description

We are looking for a UX Designer to design web application interfaces for software and web-based platforms. This will include design for responsive websites, web application, mobile apps and collaboration with the Principal UX Designer.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong design aesthetic.

  3-5 years of UI/UX design work experience, enterprise and/or mobile user experiences with an outstanding portfolio showcasing multiple shipped web/digital products.

  Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes is a must.

  Experience performing user research, user mapping, and presenting results.

  Bachelor’s degree or above in a design-related field. (Preference will be given to Masters students).

  Specialization with experience playing a role in prototyping and user research.

  Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.

  A strong portfolio of work showcasing your design process.

• Produce both UX and UI deliverables at every stage of the design process, such as storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile.

  Work directly with design lead, product managers, front and backend software engineers to create and refine specs for new features and update the changes.

  Help facilitate cross-functional, collaborative workshops focused on achieving desired outcomes, such as generating ideas, soliciting feedback, or building consensus.

  Think in terms of systems that scale, not just one-off solutions.

  Create low and high-fidelity mockups for responsive web experiences across desktop and mobile.

  Follow style and brand guidelines on fonts, colors, and images.

  Experience designing and implementing UIs across desktop and mobile.

  Good time-management and organizational skills.

  Experience in user testing.

  Graphic design requirements for websites.

  Produce training videos for our web apps and demos.
